In the heart of the estate, The Courtyard Wing, sleeps 14 people in individual double and single beds across 6 bedrooms. Our riverside campsite can hold up to 35 people in relaxed wild camping, offering a more affordable option for participants. For larger groups we can recommend other local accommodation.

We can lead nature based activities for your team. From guided wildlife walks, growing and gardening workshops, tree planting sessions to regenerative farming or simply wild swim and sauna sessions.

Where catering is concerned we offer complete flexibility. Cook for yourselves, bring a chef with you, or we can recommend several local trusted catering companies. You can hire our professional kitchen, or for smaller residential groups, use the kitchen in The Courtyard Wing. Depending on the menu decided and the season, we can also provide a range of organic vegetables from our Walled Garden.

If you want to add some entertainment for your event, we can introduce you to local musicians, innovative speakers and a famous local quiz master.
The Stables
The Stables is a warm and welcoming space, sensitively converted using natural building materials and winner of Historic Houses Sustainability Award in 2022. Its multiple rooms of varying sizes are adaptable and easy to shape into what you need.
The Hayloft
Two rooms upstairs in The Stables with original vaulted ceilings. The larger room at XSQM seats up to 80 in theatre style. The smaller of the two rooms at X SQM is more suited for smaller meetings, workshops and break-out spaces.
The Dining Room
A large dining room space, crafted from the old horse stalls. Situated on the ground floor of the stables, it seats 80 people in total, but the layout also suits smaller groups. Adjoining professional kitchen which can be hired alongside the room.
L-Shaped Room
A cosy tavern-like space on the ground floor, adjoining the pub leading onto the courtyard. Complete with tables and chairs, characterful interiors and a hearty wood-burning stove for cosy winter workshops, as a breakout room or as space for evening entertainment and mealtimes.

Penpont offers a retreat into nature. From riverside spots to ancient woodland paths, quiet corners in the gardens and our infamous Greenman maze, there’s space for people to step out, reflect, walk, sit, breathe and connect with nature.
Gardens
The Pub
The Punch & Judy pub is a friendly community space, serving local ales, wine and cocktails. It can be hired as part of your event as the perfect accompaniment to your evening meal. We also host special monthly music and food events.
Sauna
Situated on the banks of the river, our wood-fired sauna is crafted from timber harvested from our woodlands and processed on site. The sauna seats up to 8 people, it can be hired privately for a group or we run regular communal sessions. For more information visit our sauna page.
